通过引入竞争,电力市场改革将打破市场垄断,逐步形成发、输、配、售电分开的电力市场运营模式,在该模式下售电侧市场中必然会存在多类型售电公司竞价售电问题。针对该问题研究了多类型售电公司竞价售电模型,该模型以各售电公司获得最大收益为目标,根据各自售电公司的售电侧电力市场结算电价微增响应猜测,以此来调整自身的竞价策略。通过算例仿真分析了无弹性和有弹性两种售电侧市场模式下的市场均衡。仿真结果验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。 |

Abstract: |
By introducing competition, the electricity market reform breaks the natural monopoly of the power system. The generation, transmission, distribution and sales separated electricity market will be formed gradually. Under this situation, there must be multiple types of electric power retailers existing in the market. Multiple types of retailers bidding models for retail electricity market are studied. In order to obtain the most profit, every electric power retailer regulates bidding strategy of their own according to its conjectural variation of clearing price of retail electricity market. The market equilibrium for both the inelastic mode and the elastic mode are studied by numerical simulation. The results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
