    针对因传统的热电联产(Combined Heat and Power, CHP)“以热定电”运行方式导致的弃风问题,提出一种考虑风电消纳和运行经济效益的综合能源系统“源-网-荷-储”协同优化运行方法。在源侧通过热泵和储能设备解耦CHP“以热定电”运行约束,在网侧构建了稳态电-热潮流,在负荷侧考虑了综合需求响应,提升系统的风电消纳空间。系统以建设运行总成本最小为目标,考虑了能量平衡、稳态电-热潮流和CHP出力等约束条件,构建了考虑风电消纳的综合能源系统“源-网-荷-储”优化运行模型。最后,通过风机的33节点电网和8节点热网构成的综合能源系统验证所提方法的正确性和有效性。多场景仿真结果表明,该方法可有效提升风电消纳空间和系统经济效益。

    Abstract:

    There is a wind curtailment problem caused by the traditional Combined Heat and Power (CHP) operation mode of determining-power-by-heat. Thus a method of "source-network-load-storage" coordinated optimization operation for an integrated energy system considering wind power accommodation and operational economic benefits is proposed. A heat pump and energy storage equipment are added to the source side to decouple the determining-power-by-heat operation constraints of CHP. Also a steady-state electricity-heat flow is constructed on the network side and integrated demand response is considered on the load side to increase the wind power accommodation space of the system. The system aims to minimize the total cost and takes into account constraint conditions such as the energy balance, steady-state electricity-heat flow and CHP unit output. An integrated energy system "source-network-load-storage" optimized operation model is constructed considering wind power accommodation. Finally, an integrated energy system consisting of a 33-node network containing wind turbines and an 8-node heating network is used to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method. The results of multi-scenario simulation show that this method can effectively improve the accommodation space of wind power and the economic benefits of the system.
