    摘要:

    随着低压配电网中的用电规模逐渐扩大,日趋严重的三相不平衡导致损耗增加和设备安全问题。换相开关是解决该问题的根本方式,然而目前的换相开关方案仅考虑幅值不平衡,故其计算结果不够全面和准确。提出了一种智能换相开关策略。该策略的电流不平衡同时考虑幅值和相位,并将电流不平衡度和换相开关动作次数作为多目标函数,且对基于向量基因遗传算法的变异概率做出改进,以便于快速求解出最优换相开关组合。最后通过Matlab/Simulink实验,验证控制策略的有效性。实验结果表明,该智能换相开关策略可以有效改善配电台区的三相不平衡。

    Abstract:

    With the increase in scale of power consumption in low-voltage distribution networks, three-phase imbalance problems are becoming more increasingly serious. This leads to increased losses and the safety problems of equipment. Use of a commutation switch is the fundamental way to solve this problem, but the current scheme only considers the amplitude imbalance. Thus its calculation results are not sufficiently comprehensive nor accurate. This paper proposes a type of intelligent commutation switch strategy, in which the amplitude and phase of current imbalance are considered simultaneously, and the current imbalance degree and the number of commutation switch actions are taken as the multi-objective function, and the mutation probability based on a vector gene genetic algorithm is improved. This determines the optimal commutation switch combination more quickly. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is verified by Matlab/Simulink experiment. The experimental results show that the intelligent switching strategy can effectively improve the three-phase imbalance in a distribution area.
