    摘要:

    合理布局电动汽车公共应急充电站可促进电动汽车产业的发展。应急充电站选址决策既涉及到定性因素,又涉及到定量因素,是一个复杂的决策问题。首先确定应急充电站的选址目标和影响因素,建立了基于层次分析法的应急充电站选址模型。其次将层次分析法和目标规划法结合在一起,建立基于层次分析法和目标规划法的应急充电站选址模型。将这两种方法应用于某地区的应急充电站选址决策,结果表明,由于考虑了资源约束的限制,采用层次分析法-目标规划法选址模型的决策结果更合理。

    Abstract:

    A reasonable layout of electric vehicle public emergency charging stations can promote the development of the electric vehicle industry. The decision on the location of the emergency charging station not only involves qualitative, but also quantitative factors. It is a complex decision-making problem. First, the location target and influencing factors of the emergency charging station are determined, and a location model is established based on an analytic hierarchy process. Secondly, based on that process and a goal programming method, an emergency charging station location model is established. Finally, the two methods are applied to decide the site selection of a certain area. The results show that the AHP-goal programming site selection decision-making method is more reasonable than others because the resource constraints are considered.
