励磁调节器低励限制整定原则和整定方法研究

    摘要:

    为解决当前常见的两种不同低励限制整定原则存在的问题,提出根据不同低励限制动作特性,以动作值接近机组实测进相能力的低励限制整定原则。该整定原则以实测的机组进相能力为依据,解决了基于静稳极限低励限制整定原则中低励限制与失磁保护因误差配合困难的问题,还解决了进相能力范围内整定低励限制原则中低励限制提前机组进相能力不利于机组进相能力发挥的问题。最后以当前常见的励磁调节器为例,设计优化的低励限制整定方法,使得整定后低励限制动作值尽可能接近机组实测的进相能力,充分发挥机组进相能力并确保机组运行安全。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems of the current two different excitation regulator low excitation limit setting principles, this paper puts forward the low excitation limit setting principle that the action values of low excitation limit aer as close as possible to the measured leading phase capacity according to the different action characteristics of low excitation limit. This principle is based on the measured leading phase capability of the unit, and solves the problem that the low excitation limit setting principle of static stability limit is difficult to match the low excitation limit and loss of field protection because of the existing error of two devices, and can’t give full play to leading phase capacity. At last, this paper designs an optimized low excitation limit setting method based on current several different excitation regulators, which makes low excitation limit action value as close as possible to the measured leading phase capacity, gives full play to leading phase capacity and ensures the safe operation of the unit.
