    摘要:

    介绍了多Agent系统技术,结合智能系统可以自动完成故障诊断。此技术可以使调度员在电网故障及故障后快速分析故障原因、准确判断故障位置并采取相应措施。多Agent系统是利用基于知识的推理和基于模型的自动解释系统,结合广域故障录波信息进行相关区域故障电流的差流计算实现故障区域精确辨识,并将各间隔故障电流及诊断结果在站内图上统一直观展示。系统在判断故障区域为输电线路后,基于双端录波、零序电流分布等成熟技术准确定位线路故障点位置,并辅以有机耦合保信系统、故录系统及SCADA系统等实现故障运行状态监测、故障区域快速辨识及故障点精确定位。以上任务完成后,可利用工程师辅助分析系统完成包括保护行为分析及自动归档等任务。

    Abstract:

    This paper introduces the multiple Agent system technology, which is able to automatically accomplish fault diagnosis combined with intelligent system. The technology can help the dispatcher to rapidly analyze failure causes, to accurately determine fault location and to take corresponding measures after a fault occurred in the grid. The multiple Agent system aims to calculate differential current to realize accurate identification of faulty section, combined with wide-area fault wave recording information, through using the automatic interpretation system based on knowledge reasoning and the model, and visually and uniformly display fault current of each interval and the diagnosis result on the site map. After making a judgment that faulty section is electric transmission line, the system can accurately position the location of line fault point based on double-end wave recording, zero sequence current distribution and other mature technologies. Meanwhile, supplemented by the organic coupling prudential system, recording system and SCADA system, it also can realize fault condition monitoring, fast identification of faulty section and precise positioning of fault point. After the completion of the above tasks, the engineer auxiliary analysis system is used to complete the tasks including analysis of protection behavior and its automatic archiving.
