Abstract:In most research on optimal sectioning of the 10 kV rural distribution network, the load transfer rate of lines is usually not considered. They just think that as long as the faulty section is separated by the section switch, the electricity of non-faulty section can be restored through the tie lines. While in practice, when distribution network breaks down, the failure load is transferred by tie line. Due to its own load rate, the non-faulty line cannot afford the whole failure load, the outage cost appears. This paper probes the optimal sectioning of hand in hand self-looped connecting mode under different load rates. This paper propounds and builds a reliability and economy evaluation mathematical model considering load rate. Using the model, it calculates and analyzes the changing law of the optimal location of sectional switches with load rate increasing. Then based on the optimal location result, by plotting the section numbers-total cost profile, the paper gets the relationships among the optimal section numbers, power supply radius, electricity production ratio and load rate, providing a meaningful reference to the choice of optimal sectioning in grid building.
