    摘要:

    为了更好地发现对配电网线损影响较大的因素并制定针对性的降损措施以及为科学制定线损目标提供依据,提出一系列极限线损分析指标,包括:极限线损、截面极限线损率和截面极限降损率、无功补偿极限线损率和无功补偿极限降损率、优化变压器极限线损率和优化变压器极限降损率、三相平衡极限线损率和三相平衡极限降损率、优化运行极限线损率和优化运行极限降损率以及综合极限线损率和综合极限降损率指标。在此基础上,提出一种基于极限线损率和极限降损率指标的配电网降损措施优化方法。对若干实例进行了分析和优化,结果表明:所建议的指标能够反映各种因素对配电网线损的影响程度以及尚有多少降损潜力;所提出的优化方法能够得出满足要求的降损方案。

    Abstract:

    To identify the key elements to line losses, make the loss reduction planning and establish the goal of loss reduction scientifically, a family of loss limitation indexes is established including loss limitation, conductor size loss limitation rate and loss reduction rate, VAR loss limitation rate and loss reduction rate, transformer improvement loss limitation rate and loss reduction rate, load balancing loss limitation rate and loss reduction rate, optimal operation loss limitation rate and loss reduction rate and total loss limitation rate and loss reduction rate. A loss reduction optimal planning method is put forward, which is based on the proposed loss limitation indexes and loss reduction indexes. Some examples are given showing that the suggested indexes can identify the extent of the influence of an individual element on line losses and the potential of loss reduction. It is also shown that the proposed planning method can obtain the satisfied loss reduction scheme.
