    摘要:

    新能源并网逆变器阻抗实测是逆变器控制参数未知情况下精确获取逆变器阻抗特性的重要方法。阻抗测量方法需要额外的扰动发生装置实现新能源并网逆变器的阻抗实测。阻抗测量装置需向系统注入指定频率的扰动信号,而待测逆变器等效阻抗与电网阻抗的相对大小会影响扰动信号在待测新能源并网逆变器上的分布,因此需要根据实际场景选择并联电流扰动注入 / 串联电压扰动注入方式。为保证逆变器与电网阻抗比变化时阻抗的精准测量,提出了一种结合串联电压扰动注入和并联电流扰动注入两种优势的混联式阻抗测量装置拓扑。该装置串联侧能够输出指定幅值和频率的电压扰动,并联侧能够输出指定幅值和频率的电流扰动。同时,采用基于单相扰动注入的三相阻抗测量方法,降低装置功率等级,提高阻抗测量速率。最后,通过仿真和半实物实验对新能源并网逆变器进行了阻抗测量,验证了所提拓扑及其控制策略的有效性。

    Abstract:

    Impedance measurement of renewable energy grid-connected inverters (GCIs) is a critical method for accurately obtaining inverter impedance characteristics when control parameters are unknown. Such measurement methods require an additional perturbation injection device to enable impedance measurement. The measurement device injects perturbation signals at specific frequencies; however, the distribution of these signals across the target inverter is significantly affected by the relative magnitude of the inverter impedance and grid impedance. Therefore, it is necessary to select either parallel current injection or series voltage injection depending on the actual operating scenario. To ensure accurate impedance measurement under varying inverter-grid impedance ratios, this paper proposes a hybrid impedance measurement topology that integrates the advantages of both series voltage injection and parallel current injection. The series unit delivers voltage perturbations with specified amplitude and frequency, whereas the parallel unit injects current perturbations with specified amplitude and frequency. Furthermore, a three-phase impedance measurement method based on single-phase perturbation injection is adopted, which minimizes the required power rating of the device and enhances measurement efficiency. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed topology and its control strategy is validated through impedance measurements on a renewable energy GCI using both simulations and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) experiments.
