    跟网型变流器(grid-following converters, GFLCs)与构网型变流器(grid-forming converters, GFMCs)混联已成为新型电力系统的重要特征之一,二者交互作用下的小扰动失稳风险研究尚不充分。针对此问题,首先,建立了跟-构网互联系统的全阶小信号模型,基于参数灵敏度揭示了跟网型与构网型变流器共同作用引发的次同步振荡模态,并明确了互联系统各参数对该模态的影响规律。其次,推导了基于锁相环(phase-locked loop, PLL)主导同步回路的互联系统单输入单输出(single-input single-output, SISO)等效模型,结合复转矩系数法设计了一种PLL特定频段阻尼增强方法用以抑制交互作用引起的次同步振荡,并给出了所提控制策略的参数设计方法。最后,基于硬件在环平台验证了理论分析的正确性和抑制方法的有效性。

    Abstract:

    The hybrid interconnection of grid-following converters (GFLCs) and grid-forming converters (GFMCs) has become a key feature of modern power systems, yet the risk of small-signal instability arising from their interactions remains insufficiently understood. To address this issue, this paper first establishes a full-order small-signal model of a GFLC and GFMC interconnected system. Parameter sensitivity analysis is then employed to reveal the subsynchronous oscillation modes induced by combined action of GFLCs and GFMCs, and to clarify the influence of system parameters on these modes. Subsequently, a single-input single-output (SISO) equivalent model of the interconnected system is derived based on the phase-locked loop (PLL)-dominated synchronization dynamics. By combining the complex torque coefficient method, a frequency-specific PLL damping enhancement method is designed to suppress subsynchronous oscillations caused by converter interactions, and a parameter design procedure for the proposed control strategy is also proposed. Finally, the correctness of the theoretical analysis and effectiveness of the suppression method are verified using a hardware-in-the-loop experimental platform.
