    摘要:

    针对高压电缆外护套破损点现场检测仍依赖人工巡线与红外测温、难以实现在线精确定位的问题,提出一种基于分布参数模型和故障暂态信息的外护套破损点在线定位方法。首先,建立计及护层结构的高压电缆分布参数模型,推导不同接地方式下外护套破损故障的暂态电压响应函数。然后,利用故障暂态电压在故障点两侧瞬时相位一致的特性,构建外护套破损点测距方程。最后,采用遗传算法对测距方程进行优化求解,得到故障位置。仿真分析表明,所提外护套破损点精确定位方法可在电缆单端接地和交叉互联接地方式下实现多种故障情景下的破损点在线定位,且受故障过渡电阻和故障初相角的影响程度低。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem that on-site detection of high-voltage cable sheath faults still relies on manual line inspection and infrared thermography, making accurate online localization difficult, an online sheath fault localization method based on a distributed parameter model and fault transient information is proposed. First, a distributed parameter model of high-voltage cables considering the sheath structure is established, and the transient voltage response functions of outer sheath faults under different grounding modes is derived. Then, by utilizing the characteristic that the instantaneous phases of the fault transient voltages on both sides of the fault point are consistent, a distance calculation equation for outer sheath fault localization is formulated. Finally, a genetic algorithm is employed to optimize and solve the distance equation to determine the fault location. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method can achieve online fault localization of outer sheath faults under various fault scenarios for both single-end grounding and cross-bonded grounding cable systems, and exhibits low sensitivity to fault transition resistance and fault inception angle.
