    近年来,构网型控制技术逐步成为一种提升高比例新能源电力系统稳定性的有效措施,但在不同交流电网条件下,可能存在由于控制参数不合理导致的振荡风险。针对上述问题,提出了一种采用匹配控制的构网型光伏控制策略,并从同步视角研究构网型光伏并网系统的小扰动稳定机理和参数稳定域。首先,采用组件连接法建立构网型光伏并网系统的传递函数模型,并定性分析系统小扰动的传导路径。然后,基于同步主导回路小信号模型分析控制环路动态交互作用,以揭示构网型光伏控制参数与交流电网阻抗不适配时的失稳机理。在此基础上,提出一种基于等效环路增益的小扰动稳定性指标,定量评估不同因素对系统稳定性的影响以及关键控制参数稳定域。结果表明,随着等效电网阻抗减小,构网型光伏匹配控制参数的稳定域大幅减小,而电压控制参数的稳定域显著增大。最后,通过时域仿真和控制硬件在环平台验证了理论分析的正确性。

    Abstract:

    In recent years, grid-forming control has gradually emerged as an effective approach to enhance the stability of power systems with high renewable energy penetration. However, there exist potential oscillation risks due to inappropriate control parameter settings under different AC grid conditions. To address this issue, a grid-forming PV control strategy based on matching control is proposed, and the small-signal stability mechanism and parameter stability region are studied from a synchronization perspective. First, a transfer function model of the grid-forming PV system is established using the component connection method, and the propagation path of small-signal disturbances is qualitatively analyzed. Then, the dynamic interactions within the system are analyzed based on the synchronization dominant loop to reveal the instability mechanism caused by the mismatch between the control parameters and the equivalent AC grid impedance. On this basis, a small-signal stability index based on the equivalent loop gain is proposed to quantitatively evaluate the impact of various factors on system stability and to determine the stability regions of key control parameters. These results show that a reduction in grid impedance narrows the stability region of the matching control parameters while widening that of the voltage control parameters. Finally, the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by time-domain simulations and the control hardware-in-the-loop tests.
