    摘要:

    针对逆变型分布式电源(inverter-interfaced distributed generation, IIDG)低电压穿越运行时向故障点持续注入电流导致自动重合闸重合失败的问题,提出一种主动隔离IIDG与故障点的重合闸改进方案。根据IIDG的低电压穿越运行策略分析其对自动重合闸的影响。线路断路器配置合理的谐波电流保护,将重合闸因低电压穿越运行而重合失败的必要条件作为IIDG注入谐波电流的启动条件。在此基础上,IIDG在满足启动判据时注入谐波电流,谐波电流保护跳开IIDG与故障点间的断路器,IIDG不再向故障点注入电流,故障点自熄弧且自动重合闸重合成功。该方法不需要安装检无压装置或延长重合闸时间,不依赖于通信网络,在高比例新能源接入场景下有很好的适应性。仿真结果验证了所提方法的有效性。

    Abstract:

    To address the issue of automatic reclosing failure caused by continuous current injection to the fault point during low voltage ride-through (LVRT) operation of inverter-interfaced distributed generation (IIDG), an improved reclosing scheme for actively isolating the IIDG and the fault point is proposed. The impact of IIDG’s LVRT operation strategy on automatic reclosing is analyzed. Circuit breakers are equipped with appropriate harmonic current protection, while the necessary condition for reclosing failure due to LVRT operation is used as the triggering condition for IIDG to inject harmonic current. On this basis, IIDG injects harmonic current when the starting criterion is met, and the harmonic current protection opens the circuit breaker between the IIDG and the fault point, thereby stopping the IIDG from injecting current into the fault point. As a result, the fault point self-extinguishes the arc and automatic reclosing succeeds. This method does not require the installation of a voltage absence detection device or extending the reclosing time, nor does it rely on a communication network. It has good adaptability in scenarios with a high proportion of new energy. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
