    针对并网变换器交流电流传感器故障以及在模型预测容错控制中电流重构存在不可测区域和并网电流总谐波畸变较高等问题,提出了一种基于直流母线电流重构的模型预测容错控制策略。首先,根据并网变换器系统结构建立电流预测模型。其次,推导不同电压矢量下直流母线电流与相电流的关系,分析了三相电流的重构原理,阐明模型预测控制在并网电流采样过程中存在的不可测区域。然后,考虑电压矢量作用时间与最小采样时间的关系,设计了能消除不可测区域的虚拟电压矢量集,提出了一种并网变换器故障容错模型预测控制策略。从虚拟矢量中选择最优矢量实现电流传感器故障模型预测容错控制,降低了并网电流总谐波畸变。最后,实验验证了所提出控制策略的有效性。

    Abstract:

    To address the issues of AC current sensor faults in grid-connected converters and unobservable regions in model predictive fault-tolerant control and high total harmonic distortion (THD) in the grid current, a model prediction fault-tolerant control strategy based on DC bus current reconstruction is proposed. First, according to the system structure of the grid-connected converter, the current prediction model is established. Then, the relationship between DC bus current and phase current under different voltage vectors is derived. The reconstruction principle of the three-phase current is analyzed, and the unobservable region of model predictive control during grid current sampling is clarified. Considering the relationship between the voltage vector action time and the minimum sampling time, virtual voltage vector set which can eliminate the unobservable region is designed and the fault-tolerant model predictive control strategy for grid-connected converters is proposed. The optimal vector is selected from the virtual vector set to achieve AC current sensor fault-tolerant model predictive control and reduce the total harmonic distortion of the grid current. Finally, experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
