    针对冰灾极端灾害下城市配电网重要负荷保供问题,提出了一种考虑故障动态演变的配电网移动储能灾前预布局策略,以提升配电网韧性。首先,结合冰灾气象预测数据及配电网地理位置信息,依据冰灾时空转移特性计算时变的配电线路故障概率,进而采用时序蒙特卡洛模拟生成随时空演变的电网故障场景集合。然后,综合考虑各故障场景下配电网负荷保供对灾前移动储能设备预布局的需求,构建考虑故障动态演变的配电网移动储能灾前预布局随机优化模型,最大限度地减少各种故障场景下移动储能设备并网点动态调整导致的负荷损失。最后,通过改进的IEEE33节点配电系统算例验证了所提策略的有效性。

    Abstract:

    To address the issue of ensuring reliable power supply to critical loads in urban distribution networks during extreme ice disasters, a pre-disaster mobile energy storage pre-deployment strategy considering time-varying faults in distribution networks is proposed to enhance distribution network resilience. First, combining the meteorological forecast data and the geographical information of the distribution network, time-varying fault probabilities of distribution lines are calculated based on the spatiotemporal propagation characteristics of ice disasters. A set of time-varying distribution network fault scenarios are then generated using time-sequential Monte Carlo simulation. Next, considering the requirements of pre-deployment of mobile energy storage for reliable power consumption during ice disaster scenarios, a stochastic optimization model is constructed to determine the optimal pre-disaster deployment of mobile energy storage systems, to minimize the load losses caused by dynamic adjustment of mobile energy storage connection points under various fault scenarios. Finally, case studies using an improved IEEE33-bus distribution system are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
