    针对交直流混联电网连锁故障在不同演化阶段的风险评估问题,提出了一种基于雪消融优化(snow ablation optimization, SAO)算法的连锁故障风险评估方法。首先,阐述了交直流混联电网连锁故障在初始阶段、发展阶段和恶化阶段的主导作用因素,建立了反映连锁故障演化特征的两级评估指标体系。然后,制定了基于SAO算法的风险评估指标组合赋权策略,确定了连锁故障风险评估流程。最后,利用Matlab/Simulink平台搭建了基于改进IEEE 30节点的交直流混联电网仿真模型,比较了所提方法与传统方法的指标权值差异,对比了不同规模的直流闭锁对交直流混联电网连锁故障的影响。结果表明,所提方法能够准确反映交直流混联电网连锁故障不同演化阶段的主导因素,对高危线路风险评估的敏感度相比传统方法可提升12.67%,验证了所提方法的合理性与有效性。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the risk assessment problem of cascading failures in AC-DC hybrid power grid at different stages of evolution, this paper proposes a cascading failure risk assessment method based on the snow ablation optimization (SAO) algorithm. First, the dominant factors influencing cascading failures in the initial, development and deterioration stages of an AC-DC hybrid power grid are described, and a two-level index system reflecting the evolutionary characteristics of cascading failures is established. Then, a combination weighting strategy for risk assessment indices based on the SAO algorithm is formulated, and the risk assessment process for cascading failures is determined. Finally, a simulation model of an AC-DC hybrid power grid based on an improved IEEE 30-bus system is constructed using the Matlab/Simulink platform. The differences in the weights of the indices between the proposed method and the traditional method are compared, and the effects of different levels of DC converter station blocking on the cascading failures are revealed. The results show that the proposed method can accurately reflect the dominant factors at different stages of evolution of cascading failures of the AC-DC hybrid power grid, and the assessment sensitivity of the high-risk lines can be improved by 12.67% compared with the traditional method, verifying the reasonableness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
