    研究了在满足电网频率要求前提下高比例水电孤网的振荡抑制与快速调频的协调策略。首先定义了水电机组调频优先级指标,为水电机组的调频优先级进行排序。其次基于调频优先级指标提出了非调频水电机组的选取方法,确定了调频机组的调频控制策略。然后提出了机组的紧急控制延时计算方法,定义了调频机组的频率放大系数修正公式。最后利用实际算例验证了该策略的有效性,检验了调整切机延时系数和频率放大系数的效果。在不进行参数重新整定的情况下,实现了协调孤网的快速调频且减小了振荡,对高比例水电孤网的频率控制具有参考意义。

    Abstract:

    To examine the frequency requirement of a power grid, the coordination strategy of oscillation suppression and fast frequency modulation of a high hydropower proportion isolated network is studied. First, the frequency modulation priority index of a hydropower unit is defined and the frequency modulation priority of the unit is established. Secondly, based on the priority index of frequency modulation, the selection method of non-frequency modulation hydropower units is proposed, and the frequency modulation control strategy of frequency modulation units is determined. Then the calculation method of an emergency control delay is put forward and the correction formula of a frequency amplification factor is defined. Finally, an actual example is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategy, and the effect of adjusting the emergency control delay factor and the frequency amplification factor is examined. The problem of coordinating the fast frequency modulation and reducing the oscillation of an isolated network is solved without parameter resetting. This can be used as a reference for the frequency control of a high hydropower proportion isolated network.
