    摘要:

    模块化多电平换流器(Modular Multilevel Converter, MMC)内部存在环流问题,导致功率损耗和系统成本增加。在分析MMC环流产生机理的基础上,阐述了基于二倍频负序坐标变换、基于准比例谐振和基于内模控制的三种环流抑制器的控制原理,提出一种评价环流抑制器性能优劣的指标,即环流谐波占比。通过仿真对比三种策略在系统稳态运行、直流电压阶跃和接收功率阶跃等三种工况下的指标大小,得出结论:基于内模控制的环流抑制策略更适用于系统稳态运行的工况;基于准比例谐振的环流抑制策略抗干扰能力最强,更适用于系统发生直流电压或功率突变的工况。

    Abstract:

    The circulating current problem of a Modular Multilevel Converter (MMC) leads to power loss and increase in system cost. Based on the analysis of the mechanism of an MMC circulating current, the control principles of three kinds of circulation suppressors based on two-frequency negative sequence coordinate transformation, quasi-proportional resonance and internal mode control are described. An index to evaluate the performance of the circulating current suppression is proposed, namely the ratio of circulation current harmonics. This paper compares the index values of three strategies under three operating conditions, for example steady-state operation, DC voltage step and received active-power step. The control strategy based on internal mode control is most suitable for the steady-state operation of the system. The quasi-proportional resonance control strategy’s anti-interference ability is strong, and is most suitable for the DC voltage step and the received active-power step of the system.
