    摘要:

    以西南地区某地微电网为研究对象,提出了一种计及单位电量成本和自供电可靠性的容量优化配置方法。首先,设计了适用于含光伏-储能-柴油发电机的微电网能量管理策略。然后以各装置的容量为优化变量,建立了以单位电量成本为目标。以系统自供电可靠性为约束条件的优化模型,并采用粒子群优化(Particle Swarm Optimization, PSO)算法进行模型求解。以我国西南地区某地微电网为实际算例,得到了该微电网系统的最小单位电量成本以及最优目标下的配置方案,验证了所提方法的有效性。

    Abstract:

    Taking the microgrid in a certain area in Southwest China as the research object, an optimal allocation method considering unit cost and self-powered reliability capacity is proposed. First, a microgrid energy management strategy for photovoltaic-storage-diesel generators is designed. Then, with the capacity of each device as the optimization variable, the unit cost is set as the target, and the system self-power supply reliability is the constraint. The optimization model is modeled using a Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm. Taking a certain area in Southwest China as a practical example, the minimum unit cost of the microgrid system and the optimal target configuration scheme are obtained, and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.
