    我国可再生能源持续快速发展,装机规模不断扩大,其中光伏发电已成为我国电源增长的主力。随着光伏发电装机规模的快速增长,多种制约因素导致的弃光限电问题突出,阻碍着光伏产业的健康可持续发展。研究未来大规模光伏发电并网条件下的光伏消纳能力,有助于引导光伏发电的科学规划和合理布局。提出了基于时序运行模拟的可再生能源消纳特性分析方法。通过光伏发电出力序列重构技术和对电力系统详细网络拓扑模型及线路约束的精细化建模,能够实现对未来高比例光伏发电接入电力系统背景下光伏发电消纳能力的精细化量化评估。最后利用所提方法对山东电网2025年光伏发电消纳能力进行了评估。结果表明光伏发电装机规模扩大到规划装机的2倍时,弃光比例仍将保持在合理水平。

    Abstract:

    China's renewable energy continues to develop rapidly with increasing installed power generation capacity, with solar photovoltaic (PV) power becoming the main source of newly installed capacity. With the rapid growth of PV power generation, the problem of PV curtailment caused by various constraints is prominent, hindering the sustainable development of the PV industry. It is urgent to study the PV accommodation ability under large-scale photovoltaic power integration to guide the planning and allocation of PV power generation. This paper proposes an evaluation method of PV power generation accommodation based on sequential operation simulation. With PV power output sequence reconstruction technology, power system detailed network topology, and transmission constraints modeling technique, the PV accommodation ability of the power system can be quantitatively evaluated under the background of high proportion PV power generation integrated to the power system. Taking the planned power grid of Shandong Province in 2025 as an example, the PV accommodation ability is evaluated with the proposed method. The results show that when the installed PV power capacity expands to twice the planned installed capacity, the curtailment of PV power generation will remain at a reasonable level.
