    摘要:

    智能变电站监控信息验收过程涉及到变电站与调控主站的多个环节。基于现有技术体系创新提出了面向调控业务满足全回路验收要求的变电站监控信息自动验收解决方案,对常规验收与自动验收进行了优势分析。设计了自动验收系统架构,面向新建变电站与改扩建变电站两种应用场景,给出了不同的实施方案。重点分析了变电站侧自动验收实现技术,提出了基于定制策略的信息源触发技术,实现主子站交互信息的一键触发。基于模块化思想研制了自动验收装置,并进行了实验验证及实际工程应用。经实践验证智能变电站监控信息自动验收技术极大地提高了验收效率,突破了主子站交互信息自动验收的技术瓶颈,具备全面推广应用的条件。

    Abstract:

    The monitoring and control information acceptance process of smart substation involves many links of energy management system and substation. Based on the existing technology system, a whole solution to satisfy the whole circuit of substation monitoring and control information segmentation acceptance is proposed. The advantages of conventional acceptance and automatic acceptance are analyzed. The architecture of automatic acceptance system is designed. According to the two application scenarios of new substation and extension substation, different implementation plans are given. The realization technology of automatic acceptance on substation side is emphatically analyzed, the triggering technology of information source based on customization strategy realizes the one touch trigger of interactive information between main station and substation. Based on the idea of modularization, an integrated automatic acceptance device is developed and the experimental verification and practical engineering application are carried out. It is verified by practice that automatic acceptance technology greatly improves the acceptance efficiency and breaks through the technical bottleneck of automatic acceptance of interaction information between main station and substation. The technology of automatic acceptance has already meet the conditions of comprehensive popularization and application.
