    摘要:

    针对电压时间型馈线自动化中基于残压工频量幅值的反向合闸闭锁判据在相间接地或三相短路低过渡电阻故障下存在失效的问题,提出了利用线电压暂态量有效值提高反向合闸闭锁判据灵敏度的措施。定义了衡量反向合闸闭锁灵敏度的残压检测系数,指出了现有判据的盲区。分析并确定了线电压暂态量有效值计算数据窗,确立了以电压互感器的精工电压作为阀值的实用化策略。PSCAD仿真和实验验证了所提策略的可行性。改进措施可减少因联络开关转供导致的对侧变电站停电次数且无需加装一次设备,所以造价低且易于工程实现。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem that the existing reverse-closing lock criterion based on the amplitude of residual voltage of voltage-time type feeder automation system may lose effectiveness in cases of two or three phase to ground fault with low transition resistance, a novel method based on the root-mean-square value of transient line-to-line voltage is proposed in this paper to improve the sensitivity of the reverse-closing lock criterion. The residual voltage detection coefficient is defined to evaluate the sensitivity of reverse-closing lock criterion and the blind zone of existing criterion is pointed out. The time window to calculate the root-mean-square value of transient line-to-line voltage is analyzed and the practical setting method of threshold based on the minimum voltage that can ensure the PT is illustrated. PSCAD based simulation and experiments in lab validate the effectiveness of the proposed method. The novel criterion can reduce the number of power outages of opposite side substation caused by the misclosing of the loop switch and it needs not the extra primary instruments, thus its cost is low and convenient to be realized in engineering.
