    摘要:

    高压输电杆塔作为输电网络的重要组成部分,不可避免地会架设在山脊、陡坡边缘等类似地带,可能在短时间内遭受强降雨灾害诱发山体滑坡的破坏。针对降雨诱发滑坡灾害下输电杆塔的预警问题,通过北斗卫星定位和数值天气预报等多源信息融合,按照滑坡体与杆塔的相对位置关系,提出了滑坡影响因子的量化分级方法。基于双因素分级叠合法分别构建输电杆塔的风险预警方法。最后通过算例测试对所提方法进行了有效性与实用性验证,并根据测试结果给出了相关建议,有助于提前采取预防措施,降低地质灾害对电网的灾变影响。

    Abstract:

    High-voltage transmission tower, as an essential part of the transmission network, will inevitably be constructed in the ridge, steep slope edges and other similar areas. It may be damaged by landslides induced by short-time heavy rainfalls. This paper focuses on the problem of early warning of transmission tower under rainfall-induced landslide disaster. According to the position relationship between landslide body and tower, a quantitative classification method of landslide impact factors based on multi-source information fusion of BeiDou Navigation Satellite System (BDS) and numerical weather forecast is proposed. The risk early warning method of transmission tower through the two-factor hierarchical overlapping method is established. Finally, the validity and practicability of the proposed method are verified by a case study. Some suggestions are given according to the test results, which is helpful to take preventive measures in advance and reduce the catastrophic impact of geological disasters on the power grid.
