    摘要:

    现阶段智能变电站已被广泛推广应用,由于部分标准与技术的不断更新,对智能变电站的建设提出了更高的要求。通过与常规变电站二次安控措施的对比分析,提出了智能变电站继电保护构成及安全检修原则,从主变压器和线路保护检验两个方面分析二次安措的检验方法。智能变电站二次安措系统采用模块化,分为图形化显示模块和安全措施模块,建立安措防误规则库、一键式遥控操作。和传统二次安全措施相比,智能变电站一键式二次安全措施更精确,快捷地实现二次安措安全隔离和防误验证。

    Abstract:

    At present, intelligent substations have been widely used, and the renewal of some standards and technologies has put forward higher requirements for the construction of intelligent substations. Through the comparative analysis of the secondary safety control measures of the conventional substation, this paper puts forward the relay protection composition and safety maintenance principles of the intelligent substation and analyzes the inspection methods of the secondary safety measures from the inspection of the main transformer and the line protection. The secondary safety measures system of the intelligent substation is modularized and divided into a graphic display module and a safety measures module to establish a safety measures anti-misoperation rule base and a one-button remote control operation. Compared with the traditional secondary safety measures, the one-button secondary safety measures in intelligent substations are more accurate and quick to realize the secondary safety isolation and anti-misoperation verification.
