    摘要:

    光伏发电的波动性和随机性会造成高渗透率光伏发电系统输出功率随机波动,进而加重了电网频率调节负担。同时高比例光伏发电接入系统,会替代部分常规机组,进一步削弱了电网调频能力。针对高比例光伏并网对电网频率稳定带来的全新挑战,分析了光伏发电接入系统对电网频率稳定性的影响机理。介绍了当前光伏发电参与系统频率调节的技术路线。最后,结合当前我国电网和新能源发展实际情况,展望了今后需要进一步关注的问题。

    Abstract:

    The volatility and randomness of photovoltaic generation will cause the output power of high-penetration photovoltaic generation fluctuate randomly and then increase the burden of power grid frequency adjustment. At the same time, high-penetration photovoltaic generation access of power grid will replace some conventional units, further weakening the power grid frequency modulation capability. Aiming to the new challenge that high-penetration photovoltaic has obviously affected the stability of grid, firstly this paper analyzes how can the photovoltaic generation affect the frequency stability of power grid. Then it introduces the current technical route of photovoltaic frequency regulation. Finally, the problems needed to be further studied are prospected considering the development of power grid and new energy in China.
