    摘要:

    在智能变电站的新建、改扩建和日常运维过程中,变电站配置描述SCD(Substation Configuration Description)文件需要频繁修改,导致版本管理困难,为此设计开发了SCD文件的管控系统。该系统通过相关间隔的解耦技术,保证了SCD文件修改涉及范围的最小化。通过借助SVN管理技术有效管控SCD文件版本,保证了变电站全生命周期内的配置信息正确性和可溯源性。通过可视化技术,将SCD文件内容的修改变动直观展示给用户,降低了对使用人员的技术要求。多个试点工程的使用表明,该系统完全满足不同阶段的SCD文件版本管控需求,能够有效提高SCD文件升级、修改的安全性和实施效率。

    Abstract:

    During the process of the intelligent substation construction, reconstruction, expansion and daily operation and maintenance, Substation Configuration Description (SCD) files need to be modified frequently, which makes version management difficult. For this purpose, the control system of SCD file is designed and developed. The system ensures the minimum scope of SCD file modification through the decoupling technology of relevant intervals. By using SVN management technology to control the version of SCD document effectively, the correctness and traceability of the configuration information in the entire life cycle of the substation can be guaranteed. Via visualization technology, the modification of SCD file content is visually displayed to the user, which reduces the technical requirements for using personnel. Several pilot projects indicate that the system fully meets the requirements for SCD file version control in different stages and can effectively improve the security and implementation efficiency of SCD file upgrade and modification.
