    摘要:

    随着我国特高压工程的推进,大电网互联程度不断加强,短路电流的超标问题日益严重。目前电网短路电流计算两个软件PSASP及PSDE-SCCP的计算结果有着较大的差异,影响到电网的规划及决策。分析了短路计算的主要影响因素,并根据国内现有短路电流计算标准,研究两种程序基于不同方式下的短路电流计算结果。结合实际电网运行情况,对比分析两种程序在相同条件下不同电压等级及其负荷模型类型的短路电流计算的差异,得到同种条件下的短路电流的差异主要来源于标准的不统一及不同的负荷处理方式。根据研究计算结果,提出基于两个程序软件的适应于实际电网的不同负荷模型比重下的短路电流计算的规划的设置标准。并结合实际电网进行验证,为电网的建设规划中短路电流的计算提供合理的参考依据。

    Abstract:

    With the development of the UHV project in China, the connectivity of large power grids has been strengthened, and the problem of exceeding the standard of short circuit current is becoming more and more serious. PSASP and PSDE-SCCP are two main softwares for short-circuit current calculation at present in China. However, there are great differences between these two softwares’ computing result, affecting power grid planning and decision-making. This paper analyzes the main influence of the short circuit, and compares two kinds of program based on the short-circuit current calculation results under the different ways according to the existing short-circuit current calculation standards in China. Considering the actual operating conditions in the power grid, under the same conditions, it compares and analyzes the differences in the short-circuit current calculations for different voltage levels and load model types for these two programs. According to the results of the studies, the set standard of the short circuit current calculation based on the two program softwares is apply to the different load models under the specific gravity of the actual power grid. Combined with the actual power grid, the calculation of short-circuit current in the planning for the construction of power grid provides reasonable reference basis.
