    摘要:

    电力系统受损后恢复阶段,科学合理的电力应急物资调度模型必不可少。为此,提出一种基于节点综合权值的电力应急物资调度模型。首先分析建立以物资满意度和时间满意度为目标的函数。其次在目标函数优化过程中,综合考虑影响应急点重要性的主观因素及客观因素以确定各应急点的综合权值作为目标函数的参数。最后通过对粤西某局部电力系统及电力应急物资调度图进行仿真分析,并与随机调度下的结果进行比较,验证了所提模型的科学性及有效性。

    Abstract:

    The scientific and reasonable dispatching model for electric power emergency material is indispensable in the recovery stage of electric power system after damage. Therefore, an electric power emergency material scheduling model is presented in this paper. Firstly, the objective functions of material satisfaction and time satisfaction are analyzed and established. Secondly, the subjective and objective factors affecting the importance of emergency points are considered synthetically in the process of optimization of objective functions to determine the comprehensive weights of each emergency point as the parameters of the objective functions. Finally, through the simulation analysis of a local electric power system in western Guangdong and the dispatch diagram of emergency materials of electric power, compared with the results under random scheduling, the proposed model is verified to be scientific and effective.
