    摘要:

    为了解决北方城市冬季供暖期的空气污染问题,我国正积极发展“煤改气”技术,将传统的燃煤热电机组改为燃气热电机组。建立了燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组的数学模型,并以系统成本最低为目标函数,构建了包含燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组的热电联合系统调度模型。分析了燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组替换传统热电机组后,燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组比例变化、风电渗透率不同对电网弃风率的影响。算例分析表明,燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组替换常规热电机组虽然增加了运行成本,但有利于电网消纳弃风。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem of air pollution in the northern cities during the winter heating period, China is actively developing the “coal to gas” technology, which changes the combined heat and power units to gas-steam combined cycle units. In this paper, the mathematical model of the gas-steam combined cycle unit is established. With the minimum system cost as the objective function, a thermal power combined system scheduling model including the gas-steam combined cycle units is constructed. The gas-steam combined cycle units are used to replace the combined heat and power units. After that, the influence of the proportion changes of gas-steam combined cycle units and different wind power penetration rates on the wind power abandonment rate is analyzed. The example analysis shows that replacing the combined heat and power units with the gas-steam combined cycle units increases the operating cost, but it is beneficial to the power grid to absorb the abandoned wind power.
