    摘要:

    针对机械式有载调压和电力电子式自动调压装置结构复杂、切换过程冗长和响应速度慢等问题,提出基于晶闸管的分段式快速调压模型。该模型去除冗杂的过渡电路,精简调压结构;在保证无短暂的电压电流中断的情况下,配合高频全控型双向晶闸管的特性,采用快速切换和增加分段绕组的方式限制过渡环流,简化调压流程;实现在任意时刻进行切换,突破过零切换理论的限制。以理论推导确定环路电流的影响因素,根据仿真实验以及结果分析得出合理的影响参数值。通过Matlab对10 kV/0.4 kV、400 kVA的变压器进行了最终参数的仿真,实验证明了分段式模型的可行性、可靠性以及快速性。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at solving the problems of the existing mechanical on-load voltage regulation and power electronic automatic voltage regulators with complicated structure, lengthy switching process and slow response speed, a segmented fast voltage regulation model based on thyristors is proposed. The model removes redundant transitional circuits to reduce voltage regulation structure. Under the condition of ensuring that there is no short-term voltage and current interruption, it cooperates with the characteristics of high-frequency full-control thyristors, and uses fast switching thyristors and segmented windings to restrict the transitional circulation and simplify the regulation. The process can be switched at any time, which breaks the limit of zero-crossing switching theory. The influencing factors of the loop current are determined through the theoretical inference, and reasonable values of the influencing parameter are obtained based on the simulation experiment and the result analysis. The final parameters are used in the 10 kV/0.4 kV and 400 kVA transformer to be simulated by Matlab. The experiment has proved the feasibility, reliability and rapidity of the segmented model.
