    摘要:

    为解决小电流接地系统故障定位问题,提出一种利用IEC61850规约进行设备信息交互、比对故障特征波形的配电网故障定位方法。相对传统基于上下游低频波形的差异判别,通过对小电流接地故障暂态特征分析,提取了配电系统特征频带。利用该频带提出基于EMD的改进算法,获得了有效滤除高频干扰的线路特征零模电流,对比线路各区段特征零模电流波形相似度与幅值差度最终确定故障位置。针对上述方法,结合IEC61850规约,所提出的故障定位实现仅需要设备间信息交互,减少主站通信压力,定位效率显著提高。基于Matlab/Simulink的配网小电流接地故障仿真验证了所提定位方法可应对多分布式电源接入、多点故障的复杂情况。设计的配电装置动模仿真也进一步说明了本方法具有更高的准确性、更强的实用性。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the fault location problem in the small-current grounding system, a distribution network fault location method that utilizes the IEC61850 to exchange device information and compare the fault characteristic waveforms is proposed. Different from the traditional method based on the difference discrimination between the upstream and downstream low frequency waveforms, this paper extracts the characteristic frequency range of the distribution network by analyzing the transient characteristics of small-current grounding fault. On this basis, the improved EMD algorithm is put forward and the characteristic zero-module currents which can effectively filter the high frequency interference are achieved. Thus the faults are able to be located by comparing the similarity and amplitude difference degree of the characteristic zero-module currents of different sections. With the application of the method above and the IEC61850, the realization of fault location proposed merely needs to excahnge device information, which significantly reduces the communication pressure of master station and improves the location efficiency. The simulation of the small-current grounding fault in distribution network based on Matlab/Simulink proves that the location method in this paper is capable of dealing with the multiple access of distribution power and multiple faults. Moreover, the dynamic simulation of designed power distribution device further indicates that the method is more accurate and practical.
