    摘要:

    配电台区谐波、无功和三相不平衡等电能质量问题逐渐突出,电能质量补偿装置运行工况变得复杂。为了深入分析有源、无源和混合三类并联型补偿装置在复杂工况下的经济性,对三类装置进行净现值比较研究。首先,对配电台区电能质量补偿装置的运行工况进行实地调研,采用实测数据对三类装置在复杂工况下的补偿效果进行仿真研究。其次,针对仿真结果采用净现值法对补偿装置进行经济性评估,推导出三类装置的净现值表达式,分析并得到了复杂工况下三类装置随谐波、不平衡电流和无功功率变化的净现值大小关系变化区域。最后,通过实例计算进一步验证了该分析结果。

    Abstract:

    Power quality problems such as harmonics, reactive power and unbalance in distribution network are becoming more and more prominent, so the operating conditions of the power quality compensators become complicated. In order to analyze the economy of active, passive and hybrid compensators under complex conditions, the net present value comparison research of the three shunt compensators is carried out. Firstly, the field investigation is carried out on the operating conditions of the power quality compensators in distribution network, and the compensation effects of the three types of compensators under complex conditions are simulated by the measured data. Secondly, according to the simulation results, the economic evaluation of the compensators is carried out by net present value method. The net present value expressions of the three compensators are derived, and the net present value changed areas with the change of harmonic, unbalanced current and reactive power under complex conditions are obtained. Finally, an example is given to verify the analysis results. This work is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (No. 51677066).
