    基于MMC的环状直流配电网电能质量和供电可靠性高、易于分布式电源接入,但其故障类型多、故障特性复杂且与接地方式密切相关,因此完善的故障特性分析对于主电路参数设计、保护配置等具有重要意义。首先,建立了基于MMC的环状直流配网模型,对其关键设备的主回路和控制方法做了介绍。其次,在三种接地方式下,针对中压直流系统单极接地故障和换流器交流侧单相接地故障,研究了故障回路及故障特性,并对三种接地方式的优缺点进行了分析。最后,在PSCAD/EMTDC中进行了建模仿真分析,验证了理论分析的正确性。仿真结果表明接地方式对故障特性具有较大影响,相关分析也为直流配网故障检测提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    The MMC-based ring DC distribution network has high power quality and power supply reliability, as well as good compatibility with distributed generation. However, there are various types of faults in DC distribution networks, and the fault characteristics are complex and closely related to the grounding mode. The sound fault characteristic analysis of DC distribution networks is, therefore, of great significance to the circuit parameter design and protection configuration. Firstly, a ring DC distribution network model based on MMC is constructed, and the main circuit and control strategies of its key equipment are introduced. Secondly, under three grounding modes, the fault paths and characteristics of the pole-to-ground fault on DC lines and phase-to-ground fault on the AC side of the converter are analyzed. The advantage and disadvantage of different grounding modes are discussed. Finally, the DC distribution network model is established in PSCAD/EMTDC to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis. The simulation results show that the system grounding mode has certain influence on fault characteristics, while relevant analysis supplies reference for fault detection of DC distribution networks.
