    摘要:

    针对微电网孤岛模式下的新能源发电、负荷平衡问题,从实时控制运行需求出发,提出了一种基于日前能量调度管理和实时误差控制的储能系统容量配置方案。首先,通过将储能系统分为主储能系统和辅助储能系统,建立了兼顾储能系统成本损耗以及燃气轮机发电配置的多目标优化函数。利用改进的粒子群算法和收敛性原则,得到所需的主储能配置,同时完成日前的能量管理调度。然后,利用场景模拟法得出完成实时操作所需要的辅助储能系统容量配置,并制定相应控制策略完成实时能量管理。最后,通过数值仿真,验证了所提配置方案的可行性。在满足经济性和实用性条件下,完成整个孤网模式下微电网的配置问题。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of power balance between the renewable energy generation and the load in the isolated mode, starting from the real-time control operation requirements, this paper proposes a capacity configuration scheme for energy storage systems based on the daily energy scheduling management and real-time error control. Firstly, by dividing the energy storage system into a main energy storage system and an auxiliary energy storage system, a multi-objective optimization function which takes into account both the cost loss of the energy storage system and the gas turbine generator configuration is established. The required main energy storage configuration is obtained by using the improved particle swarm optimization and the convergence principle, and the previous energy management schedule is completed at the same time. Then, the scene simulation method is used to obtain the capacity configuration of the auxiliary energy storage system which is needed to complete the real-time operation, and the corresponding control strategy is formulated to complete the real-time energy management. Finally, through the numerical simulation, the feasibility of the configuration scheme proposed in this paper is verified. Under the condition of satisfying the economy and practicality, the configuration of the microgrid in the whole isolated network mode is completed.
