The accuracy and rapidity of dispatching operation of power network equipment are the basis of ensuring reliable, safe and stable operation of power system. As an important part of the power system, the development of a set of scheduling primary and second intelligent ticket system is the key to promote the security dispatch. Based on the relay protection setting system, it introduces the information fusion technology, fusions the multi-source information which changes with power grid operation modes, accurately judges the related equipment that need to switch protection value, and clearly suggests the scope of protection on the lower line protection as well as the information of reclosing, backup automatic switch, etc. And it can supply auxiliary work for staff scheduling in the form of automatically generating setting notice, which greatly improves work efficiency, at the same time provides effective technical support for scheduling and operations staff in the accident.
