    摘要:

    新能源具有随机性和波动性,其大量接入造成电网调节能力下降。但为缓解传统能源枯竭问题,新能源接入的比例还将进一步提高。因此,当前电网调节方法将面临巨大的挑战。同时用户侧大量可控负荷接入为用户侧负荷参与电网调节奠定了基础。区域电能服务管理系统则通过物联网聚合大量可控负荷,通过规模效应参与电网调节,可有效地缓解新能源及大量用户负荷无序接入电网带来的负面影响。分别从系统架构、用户参与方式、数据处理方式及系统安全等方面论述系统的技术方案。通过该系统可以聚合大量的可控参与电网调节,在降低用户用电费用的同时提高电网的调节能力,使得用户及电网运行企业达到双赢。

    Abstract:

    New energy sources have randomness and volatility. The large amount of access causes the power grid regulation capacity to decline. However, the proportion of new energy access will be further improved to alleviate the problem of traditional energy depletion. Therefore, the current grid regulation method will face enormous challenges. At the same time, a large amount of controllable load access on the user side lays the foundation for the user side load to participate in the grid regulation. The regional electric energy service management system aggregates a large number of controllable loads through the Internet of Things, and participates in grid regulation through scale effect, which can effectively alleviate the negative impacts caused by new energy and disorderly access to the grid by a large number of user loads. The paper discusses the technical solutions of the system from the aspects of system architecture, user participation, data processing and system security. Through this system, a large number of controllable participation in grid regulation can be aggregated, and the regulation ability of the grid can be improved while reducing the cost of electricity for users, which make users and grid operators achieve a win-win goal.
