    高渗透率光伏接入电网后严重影响了故障后的电压恢复,使得传统以断面功率作为稳控门槛值的切负荷方法存在失配风险。针对此问题,提出了计及光伏接入效果的切负荷方法。该方法首先分析了光伏对外等效导纳动态变化特性,指出光伏恶化系统暂态电压稳定的机理。然后,根据故障后光伏汇集站吸收无功功率的变化,形成电压失稳主导因素判别方法。当失稳主导因素为光伏时,利用光伏等效导纳变化指导切负荷量。而当失稳主导因素为断面时,切负荷量表达为断面功率的近似线性关系。最后,在实际系统中进行仿真验证。结果表明,所提方法能够对不同失稳主导因素进行精准负荷控制,从而验证了该方法的有效性。

    Abstract:

    High permeability photovoltaic (PV) integration has seriously affected the voltage recovery after fault. The mismatch risk may exist in load shedding method when the section power is set as the threshold of stability control. Thus, the method coupling with PV integration is proposed for this problem. Firstly, the dynamic variation characteristic of PV equivalent admittance is analyzed and the mechanism of transient voltage stability deteriorated by PV is indicated. Then the discrimination method of voltage instability dominant factor is proposed based on the reactive power changing of PV influx station after fault. When the dominant factor is PV, the equivalent admittance of PV is used as the guidance for the load shedding. When the dominant factor is the section power, there is an approximately linear relationship between the load shedding and sectional power. Finally, a simulation is carried out in practical system. The results show that this method realizes accurate load control for different instability dominant factors, thereby verifying its effectiveness.
