    摘要:

    近年来,自动引导小车(Automated Guided Vehicle, AGV)在工业场合中的应用越来越广泛。针对AGV供电采用蓄电池供电存在污染环境以及不能连续供电的问题,设计了一种分块式无接触供电系统。该系统基于电磁感应原理,利用电力电子器件对一次侧供电进行整流、滤波、逆变等一系列转化后供应给行驶在轨道上的二次侧的AGV,另外为降低能量浪费,将其轨道沿线供电部分进行了分块。仿真结果表明,此无接触式分块供电系统可以高效地向AGV传输电能,足以满足AGV的用电需求。因而在大部分工业AGV应用场合可以采用该分段式无接触供电系统,该供电系统一般情况下可满足AGV小车的行走、货物举升等电力需求。

    Abstract:

    In recent years, Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) are used more and more widely in industry. For the problem of pollution and the necessary suspension of battery charging, a sectionalized and contactless power supply system for AGVs is designed. Based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, the system uses power electronic devices to rectify, filter, and invert the primary side of the electric power to supply to the AGV on the secondary side of the track. In addition, power supply lines under the ground are divided into subsections in order to reduce energy waste. Simulation results indicate that the sectionalized and contactless power supply system for AGVs woks efficiently, and this system supplies enough power for AGVs. So it is good to popularize and apply the sectionalized and contactless power supply system for AGVs, which can provide enough power energy for AGVs moving and lifting goods with high power transfer efficiency.
