    冬季供热期,为满足供热要求,热电联产机组采用“以热定电”方式运行,系统调峰能力差,在负荷低谷时段会造成大量弃风限电。针对该问题,分析热电机组电-热耦合特性,总结归纳国内外相关研究成果。从增设电热耦合设备和电网精益化调度两方面展开论述,对增加电锅炉、热泵、储热等方案进行综合分析。总结适用热电机组的电力系统精益化调度方法,并对国内外解耦电热约束的实际应用情况进行了阐述。最后指出了电源侧、电网调度侧下一步需要深入开展的工作。

    Abstract:

    During heating period in winter, in order to meet the heating requirements, Combined Heat and Power (CHP) units are operated in the mode of “power determined by heat”. The capacity of peak-load regulation is poor, and a large number of wind power is abandoned in the low load period. In order to study the problem, the characteristics of CHP units are analyzed, and the relevant research results at home and abroad are summarized. From the aspects of adding thermoelectric coupling equipment and grid lean dispatching, the schemes of increasing electric boiler, heat pump and heat storage are analyzed, the lean dispatching methods of the power grid for the CHP units are mentioned, and the practical application of the decoupling for thermoelectric coupling constraints at home and abroad is expatiated. Finally, the next step work that need carrying out in the power side and the grid scheduling side is pointed out.
