    摘要:

    为积累故障分析经验并给运行方式的制定提供参考,介绍并分析了一起实际的地区电网孤网运行事件。此事件源于一条220 kV输电线路的跳闸。该线路跳闸导致某地区电网形成孤网,进而发生机组甩负荷、低频减载、变电站母线过电压等行为。运用故障录波、仿真模拟和理论分析相结合的手段,明确了机组甩负荷等行为发生的原因,并探讨了维持孤网稳定运行的措施。理论探讨和仿真结果表明,对该起孤网运行事件的分析是正确有效的。

    Abstract:

    In order to accumulate experience in fault analysis and provide a reference for the establishment of operating mode, this paper describes and analyzes an actual incident of isolated operation of a regional power network. This incident originated from a 220 kV transmission line trip, which led to the isolated operation of the regional power grid, followed by load rejection, under-frequency load shedding, substation overvoltage, etc. This paper uses fault wave recording, simulation and theoretical analysis to explore the causes of the above acts such as load rejection, and discusses the measures to maintain the stable running of grid. Theoretical discussion and simulation results show that the proposed analysis is effective and correct.
