    摘要:

    针对当前基于风险的检修辅助决策在工程实践方面的不足,提出一种基于拓扑建模和关联集分解的电网设备风险评估技术方案。通过解析IEC61970标准的公共信息模型数据,建立电网拓扑的等值模型,同时为简化分析,引入设备关联集的概念作为风险评估的基本单元。基于设备停运模型、故障筛选策略及最优切负荷模型,评估关联集停运引起的电网N-1运行风险,并利用风险评估结果指导设备检修决策。结合山东电网应用实例,展示了该技术方案对检修决策的指导意义。

    Abstract:

    In view of the deficiency of risk based maintenance assistant decision-making in engineering practice, a risk assessment technique for power equipment based on topology modeling and association sets decomposition is proposed. Based on the analysis of IEC61970 standard CIM data, the equivalent model of power grid topology is established, and the concept of Equipment Association Set is introduced as the basic unit of risk assessment for simplified analysis. Based on the outage model, the contingency screening strategy and the optimal load shedding model, the N-1 operational risk caused by the association set outage is evaluated. The application example of Shandong power grid has demonstrated the guidance significance of the proposed technique for maintenance decision.
