    摘要:

    载波相移技术已广泛应用于多电平变流器的开关调制策略。同等条件下,单极倍频相较双极性可获得好的带宽性能。而传输带宽作为评价多电平变流器的关键性能指标,在有源电力滤波器谐波治理等特定场合下,显得尤其重要。在阐述单极倍频式载波相移技术工作原理的基础上,利用双重傅里叶变换详细推导H桥级联变流器的输出电压解析式,通过定义噪声容限来确定贝塞尔函数阶数。进而对单极倍频载波相移技术的传输带宽进行研究,得到其传输带宽定量表达式。最后,通过仿真和实验验证了所推导单极倍频式载波相移技术传输带宽的准确性和合理性。

    Abstract:

    Carrier Phase-Shifted SPWM (CPS-SPWM) technique has been widely used in the switching modulation strategy of multilevel converters. Under the same conditions, unipolar dual frequency CPS-SPWM can obtain good bandwidth performance compared with bipolar CPS-SPWM. The transmission bandwidth is especially important in the harmonic control of Active Power Filter (APF) because it is the key performance index of multilevel converter. The principle of unipolar dual frequency CPS-SPWM is described and the output voltage formula of H-bridge cascaded converter is derived by double Fourier. Through the definition of noise margin, the order of Bessel function is determined, then the transmission bandwidth of the unipolar dual frequency CPS-SPWM is studied and its quantitative expression is got. Finally, the simulation and experimental results verify the accuracy and rationality of the transmission bandwidth of the proposed unipolar dual frequency CPS-SPWM.
