    摘要:

    随着微电网技术的快速发展,一定区域范围内的多个微电网能够互联互供满足区域供电需求,催生了多微电网系统的发展。多微电网系统是微电网的延伸和深化,对多微电网系统进行合理有效的管理成为解决微电网规模化运行的关键问题。多微电网存在着较多的分布式电源,风、光出力的不确定性也将影响到多微电网的运行。建立了多时间尺度能量管理,基于预测数据确定日前计划,在此之上,实时调度中对可再生能源最恶劣的运行条件进行优化。引入了考虑风、光不确定性的微电网能量管理系统鲁棒优化模型。通过列约束生成算法(C&CG)对双层鲁棒优化问题进行求解。通过算例仿真,验证了所提微电网互联系统能量管理方法的有效性。

    Abstract:

    With the rapid development of microgrids, microgrids within an area can meet the regional power supply through interconnection, which leads to the development of multi-microgrid. Multi-microgrid is the continuity and deepening of microgrids, the reasonable and effective management of the multi-microgrid becomes the key problem to solve the large-scale operation of microgrids. The uncertainties of wind turbine and solar output will affect the operation of multi-microgrid due to lots of distributed power in multi-microgrid. A multi-time scale energy management is established, the day-ahead schedule is determined based on forecast data, and then real-time schedule is optimized under the most harsh renewable energy operating conditions. A robust optimization model of microgrid energy management considering wind and solar uncertainty is introduced. The bi-level robust optimization problem is solved by Column and Constraints Generation (C&CG) algorithm. The validity of the proposed multi-microgrid interconnection energy management is verified by the simulation.
