    摘要:

    气动调节阀是工业生产中重要的控制装置,其故障诊断技术越来越受到重视。基于DAMADICS平台建立气动阀门仿真模型,利用DABLib模块生成故障数据。提取故障数据的主元向量,构建PLS模型,将多变量的高维空间影射到低维空间,对数据进行压缩和标准化处理。借助Hotelling T2和SPE统计检测法对平台生成的测试数据与实际数据的残差进行分析。仿真结果表明,该方法实现了对阀门故障的诊断和分类,效果明显。

    Abstract:

    Pneumatic control valve is an important control device in industrial production, and its fault diagnosis technology is paid more and more attention. The simulation model of pneumatic valve is established based on the DAMADICS platform, and the fault data is generated by DABLib module. The principal component vector of fault data is extracted and the PLS model is constructed. The multidimensional high-dimensional space is mapped to the low-dimensional space, and its data is compressed and normalized. The results of Hotelling T2 and SPE statistical analysis are used to analyze the residuals of the test data and the actual data generated by the platform. The simulation results show that the method realizes the diagnosis and classification of the valve faults, and the results are effective.
