    摘要:

    通过以有功网损最小为目标建立配电网重构数学模型,应用改进的遗传算法寻求含分布式电源和储能装置配电网的最优重构方案。该算法采用一种十进制编码方式,将配电网中环网个数作为染色体长度,环网中各开关开合状态作为组成染色体基因。在潮流计算中把分布式电源和储能装置等效为“负”的负荷,并基于配电网特有的层次结构特性,采用分层前推回代进行潮流求解。通过对IEEE33节点算例的计算表明,对含分布式电源和储能装置的配电网进行重构,可在很大程度上减少网络损耗和电压降落。

    Abstract:

    The paper establishes a mathematical model of distribution network reconfiguration with minimum network loss as objective function. An improved genetic algorithm is used to seek the best reconfiguration scheme of distribution network with distributed generations and energy storing devices. The algorithm adopts a decimal encoding, which regards the number of loops as the length of the chromosome and the on/off states of the switches in loop network as the chromosome genes. The distributed generations and energy storing devices are equivalent to "negative" load in calculating power flow. Based on the unique hierarchical structure characteristics of the distribution network, the paper applies the layer-by-layer back/forward sweep method to solve load flow. Simulation result of IEEE33 node example indicates that the reconfiguring the distribution network with distributed generations and energy storing devices can decrease network loss and voltage drop to a large extent.
