    摘要:

    为解决传统工频距离保护原理在集群风电送出线发生单相经高阻接地故障时的适应性问题,提出适应于集群风电送出线的参数识别距离保护原理。该原理将时域零序故障分量网络中的故障点后等效为阻感模型,将时域零序故障分量网络与时域全量网络相结合,建立基于参数识别的时域故障测距公式。其中包含过渡电阻和故障距离等4个待识别量,通过引入最小二乘法对待识别量进行求解,进一步得到故障距离,实现保护动作。仿真结果表明,该原理较适应于集群风电中长距离送出线,并且在送出线发生单相经高阻接地故障时,保护能够准确动作。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the traditional power frequency based distance protection’s adaptability problem that exists in dealing with cluster wind power outgoing line single-phase to ground faults via a high resistance, a principle of time domain distance protection based on parameter identification for cluster wind power outgoing line is proposed. By placing the zero-sequence fault component network behind fault point equivalent to a resistance inductance model, and combining the time domain zero-sequence fault component network with time domain full-parameter network, a time domain fault location equation based on parameter identification is built. It has four quantities to be identified such as transition resistance, fault distance, etc. The protection device will act according to the fault location calculated by solving the proposed equation with the least squares method. Simulation results show that, the proposed principle is suitable for cluster wind power long distance outgoing line, and can operate accurately under cluster wind power outgoing line single-phase to ground faults via a high resistance.
