    摘要:

    智能变电站二次设备检修作业出现二次安全措施错误或不到位,容易引起继电保护误动或拒动的电网事故。为了实现安措的预防错误、在线监视和防误告警,首先分析智能变电站二次检修安措的特征,然后从可视化、防误机制、模拟预演、遥控操作及在线监视等方面阐述了安措防误的关键技术。最后通过应用表明,这些关键技术不仅能预防安措问题,保证安全措施工作的正确性和合理性,而且能对安措过程进行在线监视。并通过防误告警及时发现安措问题,增强电网安全运行水平,是大检修和大运行体系安全生产的技术保障。

    Abstract:

    There are wrong or insufficient secondary safety measures in secondary equipment maintenance work of smart substation, which will easily lead to power grid accident of relay protection malfunction or refusing to trip. In order to realize error preventing, online monitoring and error proofing alarm for safety measures, this paper firstly analyzes the characteristics of the smart substation secondary maintenance safety measures. Then, the key technologies of safety measures error proofing are expounded in terms of visualization, error proofing mechanism, simulation preview, remote control, and online monitoring. Finally, the application shows that the key technologies can not only prevent the problems of safety measures and ensure correct and reasonable safety measures work, but also realize online monitoring for safety measures process and find safety measures problems in time by error proofing alarm and enhance the level of power grid safe running, which are the technical guarantee for safe production of the large maintenance and large running system.
