    摘要:

    为风电场增加储能系统是平抑风电输出功率波动的有效措施之一。首先,通过对风电场出力进行频率分析,提出采用超级电容搭配蓄电池的混合储能方案平抑风电出力波动中的主要分量,并给出了一种混合储能系统模糊滑模控制策略,采用模糊控制器消除滑模控制器的高频抖振现象。然后,在RTLAB平台上搭建风电混合储能系统仿真模型。通过分析控制系统在扰动作用下的阶跃响应,验证了模糊滑模控制器的高抗扰性能。最后,仿真计算了采用模糊滑模控制策略前后储能设备的出力情况和荷电状态,进一步验证了该控制策略对风电出力平抑和提高系统抗扰性能的作用。

    Abstract:

    Using energy storage system is an effective measure to compensate wind power fluctuation. First, this paper proposes to use hybrid storage energy system to compensate main components according to frequency content analysis of wind power fluctuation. This system consists of storage battery and super-capacitor. And then, it sets up fuzzy sliding control strategy of hybrid energy storage system. The fuzzy controller can eliminate chattering of sliding controller. According to step response of control system under disturbance, it verifies the high immunity performance of fuzzy sliding controller by the wind power hybrid energy storage system simulation model on RTLAB. At last, the simulation calculation shows the output and state of charge (SOC) of energy storage system, which verifies the effectiveness of the hybrid energy storage system controller on compensating the fluctuation and improving disturbance rejection.
