    摘要:

    主动配电网需要依托先进的控制模式管理网络。首先介绍了电力市场环境下配网辅助服务的发展要求。其次,对比了国内外含不同辅助服务成分的配网控制模式,由此提出了一种辅助服务共享的主动控制模式。该模式在信息交互量最小的前提下兼顾全局优化和局部优化,在3层结构中调度可调负荷为配网提供辅助服务。最后以馈线功率波动方差校验控制模式的有效性。仿真结果表明,无论是正常运行还是故障状态,所提出的控制模式充分整合了辅助资源,有效降低了配网功率波动。

    Abstract:

    The active distribution network demands advanced control model to manage network. This paper begins with an introduction to the development requirements of ancillary services in distribution networks under an electricity market environment, and then different control models with diverse ancillary services at home and abroad are compared. Based on that, an active control model with ancillary services sharing mechanism is proposed. Both sides of the global and local optimization are considered under the condition of minimal information exchange, meanwhile, the adjustable loads are dispatched to provide ancillary services in a structure of three layers. At last, the efficiency of the model is evaluated by the fluctuation variance of power. Simulation results show that the proposed control model integrates ancillary resources fully and reduces power fluctuations availably in normal or abnormal circumstances.
