    摘要:

    为了使配电自动化系统的故障处理功能满足实际应用中遇到的各种复杂场景的需要,面向故障处理对配电网简化模型进行了完善,设计了综合考虑开环和闭环运行方式和分布式电源接入以及非健全故障信息的容错故障定位流程。提出多重故障的可分辨性判据。提出考虑故障修复期间负荷变化的短时供电恢复策略,提出了根据实际需要综合生成短时供电恢复策略、即时供电恢复策略、最小甩负荷供电恢复策略、模式化故障处理策略和区域间两相短路接地供电恢复策略的方法。设计了包含故障定位、隔离、供电恢复策略生成、开关操作步骤生成和遥控障碍修正的相间短路故障处理流程。结合实例对所建议的方法进行了说明,结果表明其可行性和有效性。

    Abstract:

    The purpose of this paper is to guarantee a distribution automation system (DAS) to make a sound fault processing for various situations in the practice. A simplified model for fault location and service restoration is established. A simplified model for fault location and service restoration is improved. A robust fault location flow chart is established, in which distributed generations (DG) and information mistaken are considered for both open-loop and close-loop contribution grids. The criterions to identify whether the multiple faults could be located separately are put forward. The short-time restoration scheme considering the load fluctuation during the reparation is suggested. The flow chart of appropriately choosing the short time service restoration, the real time service restoration, the service restoration with minimum load shedding, the modeled service restoration and the restoration scheme for inter-phase to ground fault is described. The flow chart of inter-phase short circuit fault processing is designed, in which the fault location, isolation, restoration, sequence of switches to be tele-controlled and correction program in case of control failure are included. Examples are given to illustrate the proposed methods, showing the feasibility and effectivity.
